Sushi Okalani has a new look in the kitchen, with Thai-trained Chef Brynden Morris bringing a new international flair to our dinner offerings.

 

Crispy Grilled Trout: Very tender, a little smoky, finished on the grill with Teriyaki sauce.

 

Bunraku Yamahai Junmai: a slightly sweet but not overpowering chilled sake, with a very rounded, smooth texture.

 

God's Walu Eye: a fabulous flavor combination of fresh Walu and grilled pineapple with fiery roasted Habanero pepper sauce.

 

Tempura Halibut Te Maki: served with cucumbers and a spicy aioli sauce
